Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@veilkini.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
veilkini Warranty
Veilkini warrants all Swimsuit to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase, when purchased from an authorized dealer. The apparel warranty covers defect of workmanship and materials, but does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and material through time, exposure or extensive use.
If a veilkini product is found to be defective after inspection by a warranty technician, veilkini will repair or replace the product with an existing comparable model at the technician’s discretion.
Veilkini is not liable for any damages, losses and/or costs incurred resulting from the loss or usage of our products.
Warranty policy is subject to the following limitations:
- - All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt from an authorized dealer.
- - All warranty claims returned must have prior return authorization.
- - Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty.
How to process a warranty claim:

- - Please include pictures of the item, picture of the proof of purchase, warranty description, your address and phone number.
- - Once your claim has been approved by a technician, ship your item to the following address:

Shipping:
Customers are responsible for all costs incurred on shipping warranty item(s) to veilkini. Veilkini will cover shipping cost on replacement or repaired item(s) shipping back to the customer.
Veilkini is not liable for any items lost in transit. Additionally, customers are responsible for all tracking information on return shipments.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping Cost
Customer should pay for both way shipping cost ,in case of refund the shipping cost is not refundable ,if shipping cost free we will the return amount will after deducting 25% as the shipping cost.
